Oh I wish I could go to Japan dressed with a pretty kimono just like an anime character! XD
One day, I went to a workshop to learn Japanese Calligraphy and, of course, the process of wearing a Yukata.
Yukata is a traditional clothing worn by both men and women in Japan. Contrary to kimono which is worn for winter and formal events, it is usually worn in spring or summer suitable for more casual events.

As you can see in the movies or magazines, Yukata in women are more attractive than the ones worn by men. One of the reasons is that women are supposed to be more presentable, as they should look pretty like flowers.
I really like how this japanese clothing is designed. I never thought that the sleeves could hold some phones or wallet if you want to put something inside lol.

However, wearing it can be meticulous as well and an assistant will be needed. There are many parts included in the process of wearing it. After that, we did a photoshoot to showcase the results of the workshop. Everyone looked so pretty in their Yukata! :D
Hopefully, someday I could visit Japan and wear a beautiful Yukata like this. I enjoyed the workshop a lot, and I'm glad that I met some like-minded people too.
